Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Memorial & After-Loss Concierge Services

When a loved one passes, families are often forced to make urgent calls, find documents, notify employers, request certificates, and coordinate memorial details—while grieving. Our concierge-guided services are designed to reduce overwhelm by handling the organization, communication, written tributes, printed materials, legacy keepsakes, and after-care support with clarity, dignity, and compassion.

Important: We provide administrative coordination, writing, design, printing, and concierge support. We are not a law firm, financial institution, funeral home, or government agency.
1
After-Loss Administrative & Notification Coordination
The first 24–72 hours often require urgent calls, forms, and notifications. We coordinate the administrative side so families can breathe.

This is often the very first support families need. With the family’s written authorization (limited authorization / letter of authorization as appropriate), we serve as an organized point of contact to coordinate time-sensitive notifications and documentation requests—without families having to repeat painful details over and over.

What we can coordinate (examples)
  • Employer death notification coordination (HR contact, required documents, next steps)
  • HR / benefits process support (benefits packet requests, claim process guidance, follow-up tracking)
  • Life insurance and employer-related benefit claim coordination (administrative support and status tracking)
  • Death certificate ordering guidance and tracking (how many to request, where to order, what to expect)
  • Social Security notification guidance (what to report, what documents are commonly requested)
  • School, church, and community notifications (drafting notices, identifying contacts, coordinating delivery)
  • Utilities, subscriptions, and membership notification checklists (organized, step-by-step)
  • Follow-up tracking so critical tasks are not missed
What we do NOT do (important boundaries)
  • We do not access or manage bank accounts, debit cards, credit cards, or personal funds.
  • We do not withdraw, transfer, receive, or hold money on behalf of the family.
  • We do not make legal decisions, provide legal advice, or act as an attorney, executor, or trustee.
  • We do not represent the family as Power of Attorney. Power of Attorney is a separate legal instrument and is not required for our concierge coordination services.
  • We do not file court documents or provide financial/tax advice.
  • We are not a funeral home and do not provide funeral directing, embalming, transportation of remains, or cremation services.
Our role is administrative coordination, communication, organization, writing, and memorial support—handled with care and professionalism.

Families choose this service when they need a calm, organized partner to manage communications, track progress, and reduce stress during grief—without crossing legal or financial boundaries.

2
Memorial & Tribute Preparation
Clear writing and organized tribute messaging that honors the life of your loved one with dignity.

Families often feel pressure to “get the words right” while emotions are heavy. We help by writing, editing, and organizing tribute content that is respectful, accurate, and meaningful. This includes both short-form and long-form writing—crafted to reflect your loved one’s life and tone.

What this can include
  • Obituary writing (from scratch) or editing (improving clarity, flow, and accuracy)
  • Acknowledgments and thank-you wording
  • Tribute paragraphs for services, announcements, or memorial pages
  • Faith-based, neutral, or blended tone options based on family preference
  • Fact-check organization (dates, locations, names, family listings) based on what the family provides

Our goal is to bring peace and confidence by ensuring the final tribute is polished, respectful, and ready to share.

3
Printed Memorial Materials & Keepsakes
Designed and coordinated print materials and remembrance items prepared with care.

We design and coordinate memorial print pieces and keepsakes that families can distribute at a service and keep for years to come. Everything is presented with a clean, respectful aesthetic—never rushed, never generic.

Common items we prepare
  • Memorial programs (service programs) with organized order-of-service layout
  • Prayer cards / remembrance cards
  • Memorial bookmarks and tribute cards
  • Framed obituary prints and tribute posters
  • Curated remembrance gifts (such as memorial candles and select keepsakes)
  • Coordinated printing, production, and fulfillment

If you are unsure what you need, we guide you through quantities, timing, and options so you are not over-ordering or under-prepared.

4
Legacy & Memory Preservation
Preserving a life story with thoughtful writing, structure, and keepsake-quality presentation.

Beyond the service, many families want something lasting—something that captures the story, personality, and impact of their loved one. We help preserve memories through writing, organization, and keepsake-ready formats that can be shared across generations.

Legacy services may include
  • Life story writing (short biography to extended narrative)
  • Memory books with photos, captions, and family tributes
  • Timeline narratives (key moments, milestones, and legacy highlights)
  • Optional digital tribute support (shareable format for family and community)

This service is ideal for families who want a lasting tribute that feels personal, polished, and deeply honoring.

5
Memorial Planning Support (Non-Funeral Home)
Guidance to organize the flow of the memorial so it feels calm, respectful, and well-structured.

Families often have to coordinate multiple moving pieces—speakers, readings, timing, music, and special moments—while emotions are high. We provide planning support to bring order and peace so the service flows smoothly and honors your loved one thoughtfully.

Planning support may include
  • Order-of-service outline (structured and easy to follow)
  • Speaker and reading sequence coordination
  • Music selection flow guidance (faith-based or neutral)
  • Virtual attendance guidance (Zoom or livestream support, when applicable)
  • Program wording alignment so what’s printed matches the actual service flow

We do not replace funeral home services. We provide organization and coordination so your family feels supported and the service feels intentional.

6
After-Care Support & Continued Guidance
Support beyond the service to help families navigate the first 30–60 days with clarity.

The days after the service can be unexpectedly heavy—paperwork continues, decisions stack up, and grief often deepens once the public moments have passed. Our after-care support provides organized, compassionate guidance so families are not left alone to figure out what comes next.

After-care support may include
  • After-loss checklists tailored to the family’s situation
  • Document organization guidance (what to keep, what to gather, how to track)
  • Referral coordination to trusted providers when specialized services are needed
  • Optional follow-up check-ins and progress tracking

Families often choose after-care support for peace of mind—knowing the details are organized, tracked, and handled with respect.

Service Note: Any administrative coordination described above is provided with appropriate written authorization from the family and is limited to communication, coordination, and follow-up. Requirements can vary by agency and state; when an agency requires next-of-kin or executor action, we guide the family through the correct steps.

How Pricing Works

Each family’s situation is unique. Pricing is based on the level of coordination, communication, and support your family needs—not a one-size-fits-all checklist. Some families need light guidance, while others need hands-on administrative coordination and continued support over time.

Most families invest between $750 for basic support and up to $4,500 for comprehensive concierge care, depending on the scope of services required, the number of agencies or employers involved, and the level of follow-up needed.

During your consultation, I’ll walk you through the available options and help you determine what level of care makes sense for your situation—so you’re not paying for anything you don’t need.

Pricing is discussed privately and confirmed before any work begins. No services are started without clear agreement and written authorization when required.
