Compassionate support for families who need help organizing memorial details, written tributes, printed materials, legacy keepsakes, and after-loss administrative tasks with dignity and care.

Memorial & After-Loss Concierge Services

When a loved one passes, families are often forced to make urgent calls, find documents, notify employers, request certificates, and coordinate memorial details while grieving. Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge provides compassionate, organized support to help families move through these difficult moments with clarity, dignity, and care.

Our concierge-guided services are designed to reduce overwhelm by helping with memorial preparation, communication, written tributes, printed materials, legacy keepsakes, and after-care support.

Important: We provide administrative coordination, writing, design, printing, and concierge support. We are not a law firm, financial institution, funeral home, or government agency.
1
After-Loss Administrative & Notification Coordination
Support during the first 24–72 hours when urgent calls, forms, and notifications may be needed.

This is often the very first support families need. With the family’s written authorization, we serve as an organized point of contact to help coordinate time-sensitive notifications and documentation requests.

What We Can Coordinate

  • Employer death notification coordination
  • HR and benefits process support
  • Life insurance and employer-related benefit claim coordination
  • Death certificate ordering guidance and tracking
  • Social Security notification guidance
  • School, church, and community notifications
  • Utilities, subscriptions, and membership notification checklists
  • Follow-up tracking so critical tasks are not missed

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not access or manage bank accounts, debit cards, credit cards, or personal funds.
  • We do not withdraw, transfer, receive, or hold money on behalf of the family.
  • We do not make legal decisions, provide legal advice, or act as an attorney, executor, or trustee.
  • We do not represent the family as Power of Attorney.
  • We do not file court documents or provide financial or tax advice.
  • We are not a funeral home and do not provide funeral directing, embalming, transportation of remains, or cremation services.
2
Memorial & Tribute Preparation
Clear writing and organized tribute messaging that honors your loved one with dignity.

Families often feel pressure to get the words right while emotions are heavy. We help by writing, editing, and organizing tribute content that is respectful, accurate, and meaningful.

3
Printed Memorial Materials & Keepsakes
Designed and coordinated print materials prepared with care.

We design and coordinate memorial print pieces and keepsakes that families can distribute at a service and keep for years to come.

4
Legacy & Memory Preservation
Preserving life stories through thoughtful writing, structure, and keepsake presentation.

We help preserve memories through professionally organized content, photographs, stories, family history, accomplishments, faith, milestones, and meaningful keepsake-ready formats.

5
Memorial Planning Support
Non-funeral-home support to organize the flow of the memorial with calm and care.

We provide planning support to help bring order and peace to the memorial process so the service feels respectful, organized, and centered around the life being honored.

6
After-Care Support & Continued Guidance
Support beyond the service to help families navigate the first 30–60 days with clarity.

Our after-care support provides organized, compassionate guidance so families are not left alone to figure out what comes next after the service has ended.

Service Note: Any administrative coordination described above is provided with appropriate written authorization from the family and is limited to communication, coordination, and follow-up.

How Pricing Works

Each family’s situation is unique. Pricing is based on the level of coordination, communication, and support your family needs—not a one-size-fits-all checklist. Some families need light guidance, while others need hands-on administrative coordination and continued support over time.

Most families invest between $750 for basic support and up to $4,500 for comprehensive concierge care, depending on the scope of services required, the number of agencies or employers involved, and the level of follow-up needed.

During your consultation, I’ll walk you through the available options and help you determine what level of care makes sense for your situation—so you’re not paying for anything you don’t need.

Pricing is discussed privately and confirmed before any work begins. No services are started without clear agreement and written authorization when required.
