Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge provides custom memorial, writing, design, restoration, digital, and concierge support services. Our work is custom and not template-based.

We are not a funeral home, cemetery, crematory, legal office, financial advisor, or medical provider. Our services are intended to support families, organizations, and professional partners with memorial-related projects and legacy preservation.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, spellings, service details, photographs, family information, obituary details, and memorial content submitted to Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge are accurate, complete, and authorized.

Clients confirm that they have the right to submit photographs, documents, stories, family details, obituary information, and memorial materials for use in the requested project.

Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge is not responsible for disputes between family members, representatives, or third parties regarding who has authority to submit or approve memorial content.

We may assist with writing, editing, formatting, designing, and publishing memorial content based on information provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all obituary text, biographies, names, dates, service details, captions, tribute content, and final files before use, printing, posting, or publication.

Once a client approves a final proof, Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge is not responsible for errors, omissions, spelling issues, incorrect dates, missing names, or content changes requested after approval.

Photo restoration results may vary depending on the age, quality, resolution, damage, lighting, clarity, and condition of the original photograph submitted.

Restoration services may include repair, enhancement, cleanup, sharpening, color correction, reconstruction, background improvement, or digital preservation.

Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge does not guarantee that every damaged, blurry, faded, torn, water-damaged, fire-damaged, or low-quality image can be fully restored.

Projects may include proofs or review opportunities depending on the service purchased. Clients must review proofs carefully and request corrections before final approval.

Revisions are limited to reasonable changes within the original scope of the project. Major redesigns, new layouts, additional pages, rewritten content, new photo work, or changes requested after approval may require additional fees.

Final approval by the client confirms acceptance of the design, wording, images, layout, spelling, dates, order of service, and all project details.

All work is custom and not template-based. Deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final once work begins.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the remaining balance is due within 48 hours of work beginning. Work may be paused, withheld, or delayed if payment is not received within the required timeframe.

Additional fees may apply for rush service, extra revisions, added pages, additional photos, expanded writing, redesign requests, printing, shipping, specialty formatting, or services outside the original scope.

Because our services involve custom writing, custom design, digital preparation, creative labor, consultation time, and personalized memorial work, all sales are final once work begins.

Deposits are non-refundable. Completed work, approved designs, completed writing, completed restoration work, rush fees, digital work, and third-party expenses are non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge may determine, at its sole discretion, whether any credit may be applied toward a future service.

Consultations are currently free. Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge reserves the right to change this policy and charge consultation fees at any time.

If a consultation fee is charged, the consultation fee is non-refundable. However, consultation fees may be deducted from services obtained within 45 days of the consultation date.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Rush timelines depend on the complexity of the project, timely client responses, availability of required information, and whether all materials are submitted in usable format.

Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge is not responsible for delays caused by late submissions, incomplete information, delayed approvals, incorrect details, printer delays, technology issues, third-party platforms, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

Some services may involve third-party printers, shipping companies, software providers, payment processors, hosting platforms, or other vendors.

Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge is not responsible for third-party delays, vendor errors, shipping delays, print production issues, platform outages, or service interruptions outside our direct control.

Clients are responsible for reviewing print proofs carefully before final print approval.

Clients retain ownership of the personal photographs, family information, and original materials they submit.

Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge retains ownership of its original design concepts, layouts, templates, creative processes, written drafts, design files, working files, and internal production materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Final files provided to the client may be used for the intended memorial purpose. Editable source files are not included unless specifically purchased or agreed to in writing.

Memorial websites, online tribute pages, obituary listings, and digital memorial services may be subject to hosting terms, subscription periods, renewal fees, platform limitations, and third-party service availability.

Memorial website expiration is based on the package purchased. Renewal options, if available, may require additional payment.

Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge may remove, suspend, or archive online memorial content for non-payment, expired service terms, legal concerns, abusive submissions, unauthorized content, or violation of these Terms.

Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge reserves the right to refuse, remove, or decline content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, exploitative, misleading, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise inappropriate for our services.

We may also decline projects involving false information, unauthorized use of images, disputed family submissions, harassment, impersonation, or content that may create legal risk.

Clients agree to provide timely communication, accurate information, and reasonable cooperation during the project process.

Delayed responses, missing information, or failure to approve proofs may delay project completion. Projects may be paused, closed, or subject to reactivation fees if a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period.

While we make every reasonable effort to provide professional, compassionate, and high-quality memorial services, we do not guarantee a specific emotional, financial, publication, print, restoration, marketing, or third-party outcome.

Creative services are subjective, and final results depend on submitted materials, client direction, project scope, and timely approvals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or emotional damages arising from the use of our website, services, designs, written content, digital files, printed materials, third-party services, or memorial projects.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms, our website, or our services shall be handled in accordance with applicable California law.

Sacred Legacy Memorial Concierge may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
