Revision Policy

To ensure every memorial publication is completed with care, accuracy, and professionalism, each package includes a set number of revision rounds.

Included Revision Rounds

Each memorial book package includes the following number of complimentary revision rounds:

Essential 1 Revision Round
Classic 2 Revision Rounds
Heritage 3 Revision Rounds
Signature 4 Revision Rounds
Heirloom 5 Revision Rounds
Important: A revision round consists of one consolidated list of changes submitted at the same time. Multiple emails, messages, or separate requests may be treated as additional revision rounds.

What Is Included in a Revision?

Revisions may include reasonable updates or corrections to the existing memorial design, including:

  • Corrections to names, dates, and factual information
  • Text edits and wording adjustments
  • Photo replacements or photo repositioning
  • Minor layout refinements
  • Corrections to service information

What May Require Additional Fees?

Some requests go beyond a standard revision and may require additional design or writing time.

  • Major redesign requests after the initial concept has been approved
  • Significant additions of content, photographs, or pages
  • Complete obituary rewrites after layout has begun
  • Changes resulting from information omitted during the original submission process
  • Requests that substantially alter the approved design direction

Additional Revision Fees

Once the included revision rounds have been used, additional revisions are billed separately.

$125 per additional revision round

Additional revision fees must be paid before further changes are completed.

Client Responsibility

To avoid delays and additional costs, clients are encouraged to carefully review all proofs and submit one complete, consolidated list of requested changes whenever possible.
